Landskrona Fairway
The Landskrona Fairway project aims to improve maritime safety. Targeted measures in the fairway will improve the conditions for safe and efficient shipping.
The purpose of the project is to improve safety and clarity in the fairway to the Port of Landskrona by installing new aids to navigation (AtoN). These include light buoys, lighthouses and navigation marks to help vessels navigate safely and efficiently. The project includes both floating and fixed aids to navigation.
Planned measures
- Light buoys: 13
- Leading lights: 2 (1 new light in the water and 1 new light on land)
Timeline
The design phase was completed in 2025. Implementation is planned for summer 2026.
